Recipes are shared for home use, in good faith, and tested in our own kitchen. Fermentation and carbonation involve pressure and living cultures; you follow them at your own risk. Use suitable bottles, release pressure regularly and refrigerate carbonated drinks. Nothing here is medical or dietary advice.

We keep things as accurate as we can but can’t promise the site is always error-free or available.

The Fizz Lab name, drawings and written recipes belong to Fizz Lab. Please don’t republish them wholesale — a link back is always welcome.
